From door to door
Our cleaning process.
We collect your rug and inspect the fibre, construction, condition and any areas of concern. Where needed, we test colour stability before deciding how to wash.
Dry dust and grit are removed before washing. Depending on the rug, we then use a suitable hand or machine-assisted wash, rinse, extraction and controlled drying. Once dry, we check and prepare it for return.
Typical turnaround is 7–10 working days. Extra treatments or delicate rugs may take longer.
